Community & Family Event Rentals

Our space is available for community gatherings, celebrations, and family events. We aim to keep our venue affordable and accessible for local residents and organizations.

Meeting Rentals

Includes access to room, tables, chairs, Wi-Fi, and basic setup.

• Up to 4 Hours: $275
• Half Day (up to 6 Hours): $425
• Full Day (up to 10 Hours): $695

Community & Non-Profit Meeting Rates

• Weekday Evening (up to 4 Hours): $150
• Weekend (up to 4 Hours): $225

Event rentals include room access, basic room setup by First Point staff, post-event cleaning, access to the sound system, and use of the kitchenette/fridge area. (Serving only- not cooking)

• Up to 4 Hours: $400
• Half-Day (up to 6 Hours): $540
• Full-Day (up to 10 Hours): $700

• Weekend (up to 4 Hours): $345

• Meeting rental rates apply to meetings, workshops, training sessions, and similar activities using the room's standard setup.
• Event rental rates apply to receptions, celebrations, networking events, fundraisers, and gatherings requiring room setup and additional cleaning.
• Additional setup requirements may be subject to additional fees.
• Events serving alcohol (BYOB) require PAL (Party Alcohol Liability) insurance 
  • Approximate cost: $150 (arranged by the renter) 
• Set-up and clean-up time must be included within your rental period unless otherwise arranged
