Community & Family Event Rentals

First Point Event Space

Our space is available for community gatherings, celebrations, and family events. We aim to keep our venue affordable and accessible for local residents and organizations.


Rental Rates

  • Up to 4 hours: $250 
  • Half-Day (up to 6 hours): $390 
  • Full-Day (up to 10 hours): $550 
  • Non-profit/community group weekday/PM- $125
  • Non-Profit/community group weekend PM- $195


Additional Information

  • Events serving alcohol (BYOB) require PAL (Party Alcohol Liability) insurance 
    • Approximate cost: $150 (arranged by the renter) 
  • Set-up and clean-up time must be included within your rental period unless otherwise arranged
