Event Rental Rates
Event rentals include room access, basic room setup by First Point staff, post-event cleaning, access to the sound system, and use of the kitchenette/fridge area (serving only, no cooking).
Standard Rates
- Less than 2 Hours: $225
- Up to 4 Hours: $375
- Half-Day (up to 6 Hours): $450
- Full-Day (up to 12 Hours): $700
Community & Non-Profit Rates
Registered charities and non-profit organizations receive discounted rental rates:
- Less than 2 Hours: $175
- Up to 4 Hours: $275
- Half-Day (up to 6 Hours): $345
- Full-Day (up to 12 Hours): $525
Rental times include setup and cleanup. Events requiring additional access time may be subject to additional charges.
