First point presents a unique alternative to conventional, profit-driven corporations in the service industry.  Without exception, all of First Point's profits are reinvested into the charitable organization, Connections for Seniors. 

The revenue obtained from First Point is utilized sustainably to help fund current and future programs and services provided by Connections for Seniors.  

• As a charitable organization we do not charge taxes on our rental fees.

No, not at this time. You are free to work with outside catering companies for your event. Want to use the onsite commercial kitchen? Just let us know!

First Point does not have it's own parking lot. There is on street parking on Harvey Rd- Free on evenings and weekends, metered during the weekday. There are also other lots around within walking distance. 

First Point does not have a liquor license, you are free to host a BYOB event for a $150 fee to cover the required insurance cost.
