Non-Profit & Community Organization Rates 

  • Workshop / Info Session (up to 3 hours) – $250 
  • Half Day Rental (4–5 hours)– $325 
  • Full Day Rental (up to 8 hours) – $550 

Additional Fees & Discounts 

  • Liability Insurance (events with alcohol) – $150 
  • Recurring Event Discount – 20% off
